Guest Information

  • Cell Phone Policy
    • The use of handheld electronic devices, including tablet PCs and electronic reading devices, is permissible throughout the Club premises and facilities, only in silent mode. Use of any communication devices in an audible mode is restricted to the parking lot, adjacent sidewalks, or front reception areas of the Clubhouse. Use of laptops are prohibited in the Fazio Dining Room and Fazio Bar.

  • Golf Guidelines
    • Only golfing eligible members with defined golfing privileges pursuant to the By-Laws and their eligible family members may host a guest for golf. For the purposes of golf, members without golfing privileges are considered guests.

      1. All guests must be accompanied by a member unless they have obtained proper approval from the General Manager.
      2. Guest play is permitted in accordance with the play schedule.
      3. No guest may play the course more than 5 times during the calendar year. When a guest is participating in Member/Guest events, such rounds do not count towards the 5 round maximum.
      4. A reduced guest green fee will apply for guests of golfing eligible members when the guest is an immediate family member. For the purposes of the reduced guest green fee, immediate family is defined as sons and daughters over the age of 25, grandchildren, mothers, immediate children, fathers, son and daughter-in-law, mother and father-in-law)
      5. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests, including all charges incurred or damage done pursuant to Club By-Laws. All guest charges will be billed to the member’s account unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Tennis Guidelines
    • A Member may have a maximum of three guests at one time and must accompany the guests on the tennis courts. Members must register their guests at the Tennis/Fitness front desk before play. A guest may play at the Club a maximum of ten times per calendar year, excluding tournaments and team play. Failure to register a guest may result in suspension of tennis, guest, or other Club privileges.

      Guest fees will be set by the Board of Directors.

  • General Club Guidelines
    • FOOD & BEVERAGES
      All food and beverages consumed in the Clubhouse and on Club property must be purchased from the Club, unless prior approval has been obtained. Food and beverages made available to the Members without charge is for consumption on Club property and shall not be taken off Club Property. Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless approved by the Club.

      GUESTS
      All guests while on the Club premises must be accompanied at all times by their Member host. Members must ensure that their guests abide by all Club rules and are responsible for the conduct of, and all charges incurred by their guests. A Member shall not introduce as a guest any person who has been suspended or expelled from the Club, unless such person has been reinstated.

      NOTICES

      On Club property, no subscription or contribution may be solicited, no article may be exhibited for sale, and no notice, poster, or advertisement may be placed, by any Member.

      SMOKING
      Smoking is prohibited at all times in all indoors areas of the Club, in all outdoor dining areas, at the tennis and pool facilities, and within 20 feet of any building entrance.

      TIPPING
      Tipping is forbidden for all employees with the exception of the shoe room staff. All employees who accept a tip are subject to dismissal and any Member violating this rule will be subject to discipline.  Caddies and massage therapists are independent contractors and may accept tips.

      UNACCOMPANIED GUESTS
      Unaccompanied guests or unexpected persons who are not the guest of a Member or an invitee of an official, will be shown to a reception area and will be excluded from all other parts of the Club until met and escorted by a Member or a Club official.

  • Clubhouse Attire
    • All Areas
      The following attire is not permitted in any area of the Clubhouse for all Members and their families and guests, age five years and over:

      • Apparel of any kind that is cut, stained, soiled, or excessively ripped and frayed
      • Swimwear, including board shorts
      • Tank tops for men
      • Sleeveless sports jerseys
      • Halter and tube tops or other types of extreme cut-away tops, including bare midriff


      Fazio Dining Room
      In addition to the above requirements, the following attire is not permitted in the Fazio dining room for all Members and their families and guests:

      • Workout attire
      • Swim cover-ups
      • Cargo shorts/pants
      • Khaki or Bermuda shorts from Labor Day to Memorial Day
      • Casual tee shirts
      • Athletic hats, caps, and visors
      • Casual flip flops or sandals
  • Golf Attire
    • All persons using the golf course and practice areas must wear attire that is appropriate for golf, including golf shirts and golf shoes.

      • T-shirts, tank tops, sports jerseys, or any type of shirt with printed phrases or slogans are not permitted.
      • Ladies may wear a collarless top with sleeves or sleeveless top with a collar, assuming it is conservative golf attire with the shoulders and back covered.
      • Men's shirts are to be tucked in.
      • Shorts, skirts, skorts, etc., shorter than mid-thigh length are not permitted.
      • Leggings are acceptable, if they are worn under approved shorts, skirts, or skorts.
      • Blue jeans/shorts, cargo-style pants/shorts, and swimwear, including board shorts, are not permitted.
      • Golf caps worn upside down or backwards are not permitted.
      • Metal spikes of any kind are not permitted.

      Children five years and older are subject to all of the golf attire rules listed above.

      Shoes may not be changed or cleaned in the parking lot. Guest lockers and shoe service are available in the locker rooms.

  • Tennis Attire
    • Proper tennis attire, including tennis shoes, is required on the courts at all times. Apparel that has been designed expressly for tennis is preferred. Black-soled and running shoes are strictly prohibited. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times outside of the locker room facilities.
